It was Kaydance's first snow . . . she loved staring at the snow falling down.
Whether we want to admit it or not, what our parents told us when we were young is truth . . . A good life you must make for yourself, it does not just come to you. Michel and I are wanting to do just that, live life and do so abundantly. Though we do not always do it perfectly, I guarantee you this . . . there will be laughs and blunders, tears and triumphs. This is our life and for some reason, we decided to make it public . . . I know we are crazy, right . . .

4 months old Baby Girl!
We celebrate 4 months old today. Wow how the time sure does fly. We feel like the luckiest parents in the world. Such a beautiful, easy baby we have. I look at you daily and still can't believe how much you bless me on a daily basis.
We have enjoyed many new milestones this month. You are talking so much, always having something to say. Your little personality has bloomed and we are beginning to see a bit of what you will be like in the future. You LOVE people. You have many little friends and find joy in being around them. I can see that you will be such a social butterfly when you are older. You also are VERY determined. Many moments are filled with frustration as you try to accomplish tasks that you are unable to do. I see a very driven, focused and determined little girl in my future. So much like her mommy in that aspect. :)
You ALMOST roll over. You thrust your legs in the air and swing them and your body over side to side. Now if you can just finish the roll . . . . You also are getting really good at holding things. Still have a little ways to go; sometimes you get frustrated when you can't hold something the way that you need to. But hold on honey, you are almost there.
Everything goes in your mouth and if you can't get it in there, you let everyone know about it. At times if you could I swear you would stuff your bink, your hand and my hand all in your mouth at the same time. You are so funny.
You laugh at the Paulie and love hungarian accents. You smile constantly and love my hair . . . a bit too much I might say.
You are 11lbs. 5ozs. at your last weigh in and over 25 inches long . . . still my string-bean, dinky-chub. I love all our little adventures that we take together. Here we are in Yosemite and you are wearing the little weather suit that grandma got you. You are almost too long for it already.
So here is to 4 wonderful months my lil' darlin . . . what a gift you are!

Fall Happiness
The past two weeks have been filled with many wonderful Fall experiences. We went to the Pumpkin Patch. We went with friends . . . .
At the time, this picture idea sounded like a great idea. I will say that smiles would of been nice, but the end result really made us all laugh and receive a couple of "looks."
We also had our first Trunk or Treat experience. Kaydance was a cat. There is a funny story behind her costume choice. We thought it was a skunk, which we found hilarious. Turned out that it was actually a cat. So we decided that she was the cat that Pepe Le Pew was so in love with. We added a few finishing touches and she ended up looking pretty dang cute!
My little kitty . . . "kitty!"
One of my favorite parts of Fall is taking pictures when the leaves are changing. We try to take our Christmas pictures at this time. Kaydance had her first little photo shoot with the changing leaves yesterday. Unfortunately, Kaydance was not as amped as I was . . . where as most of the pictures looked like this . . .
We did get a couple like this . . .
I am all about taking hours of photos for just one good picture . . . there were a couple, but this one was classic.
I hope to influence Kaydance in such a way that Fall is her favorite season too. Fall is a special season for us. It is our anniversary season. Whereas this year, we did not really celebrate, next year we have bigger plans. We hope to take our first trip to Maui. Cross your fingers . . . Michel and I sure are.
